Remodel Highlights:

• Expanded Fitness Center (+500 SF): The fitness center has been significantly enlarged, adding 500 square feet of space to accommodate more equipment and provide a more comfortable and efficient workout environment. The expansion includes updated finishes, advanced cardio and strength-training equipment, and a sleek new design that reflects Pendry’s modern aesthetic.

• Special Fitness Flooring: The existing flooring in the fitness area was fully replaced with premium special-purpose flooring to ensure optimal performance, safety, and comfort for guests during workouts.
